There are no setup fees, monthly retainers or upfront advertising costs for approved partnerships.
Who pays for the advertising?
EcomRevive.
We provide and manage the advertising budget according to our approved scaling strategy.
Who pays for creatives?
EcomRevive.
Our team handles the creative strategy and production required for advertising.
Who handles fulfillment?
EcomRevive.
We coordinate product sourcing, order fulfillment and the operational infrastructure required to fulfill customer orders.
Who handles customer support?
EcomRevive.
Our operational team manages customer support related to the store during the partnership.
How much profit do I receive?
You receive 30% of Net Profit.
EcomRevive receives 70% in exchange for providing the capital, team, advertising and operational infrastructure.
What is Net Profit?
Net Profit is the remaining profit after agreed business expenses are deducted from store revenue.
These can include:

- Product costs
- Shipping & fulfillment
- Payment processing fees
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Creative costs
- Apps/software
- Other agreed operating expenses
Do I keep ownership of my Shopify store?
Yes.
You remain 100% owner of your Shopify store.
Why do you need access to my Shopify store?
We need secure permissions to verify the store and operate approved partnerships.
This allows our team to manage products, orders, analytics and other required operations.
You should never need to give us your personal Shopify password.
Do you need access to my payment processor?
Payment-processing eligibility and history may be reviewed during qualification. Any operational access required after approval must be provided through appropriate authorized permissions and documented in the partnership agreement.
What happens if my store doesn’t make money?
If there is no Net Profit, there is no profit to distribute.
EcomRevive assumes the agreed operating investment risk according to the partnership agreement.
Does every Shopify store qualify?
No.
We evaluate sales history, payment processing, payout eligibility, disputes, chargebacks and overall account health.
Do I need an active store?
Your store does not necessarily need to be actively advertising today.
We’re specifically interested in existing Shopify stores with verifiable previous activity and sales history.
How long does the review take?
Applications are reviewed after all required store information has been submitted.
Qualified applicants are contacted to continue the verification and partnership process.
Can I terminate the partnership?
Yes, according to the termination conditions established in the partnership agreement.
